Digital-product purchases
Felivis sells downloadable digital products, including checklists, journals, planners, trackers, worksheets, guides, and bundles. Because a digital file cannot be physically returned after it has been delivered or accessed, purchases are generally final once a download link has been delivered, access has been provided, or the file has been downloaded or opened.
This limitation does not affect any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Problems Felivis will correct
Contact Felivis when:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you received the wrong product because of a Felivis or checkout-system error;
- the purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from its product description;
- the download link does not work and access cannot be restored after reasonable troubleshooting;
- an unauthorized charge is confirmed after appropriate verification; or
- a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, Felivis may provide renewed download access, a replacement or corrected file, technical assistance, a partial refund, or a full refund. Felivis will choose the remedy that reasonably addresses the verified problem unless applicable law requires a particular remedy.
Change-of-mind purchases
Except where required by law, Felivis does not provide refunds because you changed your mind after receiving access, no longer need the product, expected veterinary diagnosis or a particular health outcome, did not review the product description or file format, lack compatible software or a printer, or used the product outside the Personal Use License.
Felivis may make a discretionary exception when circumstances reasonably justify one. An exception in one case does not create an obligation to make the same exception in another case.
How to request assistance or a refund
Email hello@felivis.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Include the name and email used for the purchase, order number, product name, a clear description of the problem, and a screenshot or error message when relevant.
Do not send complete payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive financial information by email. Felivis generally responds to complete requests within two business days.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. The payment processor or financial institution may require additional processing time before the credit appears. Shipping refunds do not apply because Felivis products are delivered digitally.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Felivis before filing a payment dispute so duplicate charges, delivery failures, or technical problems can be corrected promptly. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising lawful rights with a payment provider or financial institution.
Product updates and download access
A purchase includes the version described at the time of purchase. Felivis may provide corrections or updates but does not guarantee lifetime updates, permanent hosting, or indefinite download access unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Customers should download purchased files promptly and keep a private backup copy as permitted by the Personal Use License.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies a warranty, remedy, refund right, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law applicable to a transaction, that law controls.
Policy changes
Felivis may revise this policy to reflect changes to its products, checkout system, business practices, or legal obligations. The policy in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
