Personal household license
Felivis digital products are licensed, not sold outright. A purchase gives the purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal household purposes only.
Permitted use
- Download the purchased files for your own household.
- Print reasonable copies for your own cats and household records.
- Save a private backup copy for your future access.
- Complete, annotate, or personalize the worksheets for your household.
- Privately share your completed records with your veterinarian in connection with your cat’s care.
Use that is not permitted
- Redistribute the original or modified files.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, upload, or publicly post the files.
- Distribute copies to other households.
- Use the files as paid client materials, membership resources, course materials, or commercial handouts.
- Use the files as clinic, rescue, shelter, school, or business materials without written permission.
- Remove Felivis branding and present the work as your own.
- Reproduce a substantial portion of a product in another work.
Ownership
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with Felivis or the applicable rights holder. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Professional and organizational use
Veterinary clinics, rescues, shelters, educators, consultants, and businesses must obtain written permission or an appropriate commercial license before distributing or using Felivis products with clients, patients, members, students, or the public.
Termination
The license ends automatically if the purchaser materially violates these terms. Upon termination, unauthorized copies must be deleted or destroyed. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
